Halloween Themed Events!!
Sunday 28th October 2012 – Get your thinking hats (or wigs) on and come up with an idea for this year’s fancy dress events!
Halloween Fancy Dress 5km Walk/Run, at 2pm at St Brigid’s Hall, Tubbercurry – Get your family out for a fun walk or run! Fancy Dress is optional but encouraged as it will add to the fun!! €10 per adult and donation (optional) for each child!
Fancy Dress Halloween Party in Flynn’s Pub, Aclare at 9pm – Fun, craic and DJ! Raffle prizes on the night. Donations if desired!

Turning of the Sod!
On Friday 21st September 2012, the sod was turned on the site for Woodhaven House. Mayor David Cawley did the heavy work with the spade while a small group looked on with anticipation and optimism.
